2. Delivery Issues
a) Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

House of Force is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues wherever possible.
b) Incorrect Address

- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped at additional cost.
3. Returns & Exchanges Policy
a) Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and labels are intact
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
b) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Innerwear, socks, or accessories (if applicable)
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling
c) How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:

Do not ship items back without approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Additional Verification Requirement

Customers are requested to share a clear video of the product, preferably recorded during the unboxing process, with our support team at support@houseofforce.com.
This verification step helps us:
- Prevent misuse or false claims

- Resolve genuine issues faster and fairly
d) Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged product, or incorrect item sent, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by us.
- For all other eligible returns, return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
4. Refunds
a) Refund Processing
- Once the returned item passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

To help us resolve your request quickly, we strongly recommend recording a clear video while opening the package. This helps us verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery and process your request smoothly.
Required for Return Review:

- Clear unboxing video (preferred)
- Additional photos or videos clearly showing the issue
- Brief description of the problem
Requests raised without supporting video or visual proof may take longer to review or may not be eligible for approval.
8. Force Majeure
House of Force shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or logistics disruptions.
